Talk:Beeta Hive

Hives definitely don't starve, currently, right?

I wall in one hive on my saves because I keep accidentally flooding the entire biome after a while. This hive never moves. If it was re-planting itself every 10 cycles, it would have a chance to be replanted in one of the other available spots.

As long as the hives are within legal temperatures, they seem to survive indefinitely. Further, beetinies spawn at somewhere around -30°C, make them head deleting in most settings, which makes the beeta hive fairly hard to kill if properly isolated.

I suggest updating the wiki to talk about ensuring hives are at a proper temperature, and not flooding them, rather than re-planting.
