Template to add an infobox and offical release notes to the top of a version page.

TemplateData

This template is designed to be paired with Template:VersionInfoFooter!

Displays and stores version data. A link to the official release notes along with a short message will be displayed where inserted, preferably near the top of the page.

Template parameters[Edit template data]

This template prefers block formatting of parameters.

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Release name	name	Official name of major releases. Leave empty for non-major release. Example Quality of Life Upgrade MK 3	String	optional
Expansion	expansion	Use, if version is exclusive to a DLC. Example Spaced Out! Auto value	String	optional
Release date	date	Month Day, Year update was released on. Default Current date Example February 8, 2018 Auto value {{subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{subst:CURRENTDAY}}, {{subst:CURRENTYEAR}}	Date	suggested
Base content	contentBase	Yes/no value indicating whether this content is accessible in the base game. Default yes Example no Auto value yes	Boolean	optional

Release notes	relnotes	Use when official release notes are available on the Klei update database. Prefered to forum. Will be displayed inline at template invocation. Example oni-alpha/252151-r363	String	suggested

Release type	type	"Test" for releases on the testing branch, "Release" or "Hotfix" for releases on the release branch. Releases implement features from the testing branch. Example Test	String	required
