Duplicant Gender

Oxygen not Included assigns three possible genders for the duplicants, male ("M"), female ("F"), or undefined ("X") according to their starting names. The Duplicant Bio window inside the game proves that the gender "X" is used for a number of them, like for the "Nails". This in-game info has never been contradicted by any other contributor from this wiki.

Without answer confirming your assertion, I will revert your first and only modification about the Duplicants gender in the next days.
