Building requires empty space (save for wires and pipes), material delivery, and for most buildings a supporting floor.
The Duplicant's Construction skill affects build speed by +25% per point.[1]
Note
- Hold the Shift key to build straight walls, floors and ceilings.[1]
- The game attempts to prevent errands without corresponding materials...[1] This is only important during 1st cycle or when low on resources.
Bugs
- The game fails to check fast enough... Players can move mouse really fast to place more errands than when moving mouse slowly.[1]
