Meal Lice is of the worst Food Quality. However, Mealwood plants are economic to grow, as they require only dirt (10kg/cycle) and no water. This makes Mealwood especially useful in dry starts, such as Forest Biome.

A Juicer requires 250g Meal Lice per use as one of its ingredients.

Tips

• Cooking Meal Lice into Liceloaf produces fewer additional kcal, and with lower quality, than making Gristle Berry with the same water, Consequently, Meal Lice is generally better eaten raw or turned into Pickled Meal.
• Feeding Dreckos with Meal Lice increases the chance to get a Glossy Drecko egg.
