The Temporal Tear Opener can open up the Temporal Tear when conditions are met.
Mechanism
Temporal Tear Opener requires 5 tiles line of sight to the sky, just like the Telescope. It also needs a total of 5 printing pods built and activated on all asteroids. If these conditions are satisfied, it will be able to accept radbolts from its radbolt input. It will consume 5 radbolts per second during the startup phase. When 10,000 radbolts are consumed, the player can fire it up, opening the Temporal Tear and causing a Meteor Shower.
