Placebo Pill was a medicine that Duplicants could take to bolster their recovery speed once they have succumbed to a disease. It was made in the Apothecary. This is a nonspecific disease treatment that can be taken by all Duplicants.

It was generally not worth the effort of producing as it only increased recovery speed by 1%.
