Skills Board allows Duplicants to be given specialized Skills. The Skills screen will be locked until a Skills Board is built. It provides a variety of career paths for Duplicants to follow, which provides boosts to stats and abilities, but also makes the Duplicants expect nicer surroundings and food. The Skills Board was introduced as the Jobs Board in the Occupational Upgrade Update, supplementing the earlier and more rudimentary job assignment system. It was further changed into the Skills Board in The Quality of Life MK3 Update.
Usage
After giving a skill to a duplicant through the Skills screen, the duplicant will be able to be assigned a specialized hat related to their new skill.
