The optimal Rocket configuration for a space mission to the Metalllic Asteroid consists of either 4 cargo modules and 2 Liquid Fuel Tanks, or 6 cargo modules and 3 Liquid Fuel Tanks, both returning 2.22 kilograms of cargo (if using Cargo Bays) for every 1 kilogram of Petroleum fuel. Using a Biological Cargo Bay will return Smooth Hatches.
