This article is related to DLC content of Spaced Out.
The Cartographic Module allows for travel into unexplored hexes of the Starmap.
It will mark hexes that contain an asteroid or POI with a "?" and that are within a range of 2 hexes from the rocket (but not reveal them, unless directly adjacent).
Unlike a Telescope in the interior of the rocket, it cannot reveal any hexes beyond the hex the rocket resides in.
