Wall Pot itself doesn't have decor bonus but the decor bonus rather comes from the plants that may be planted in the pot. Despite the pot itself having a size of only 1w x 1h, the plant that will be planted within the pot has a size of 1w x 1h making the actual useful size of the pot 1w x 2h. This means it is not possible to place a pot with a plant in it directly below Crown Moulding or a ceiling tile.
