Wood Tiles are tiles built out of Wood. They can be used as walls and floors.
On the starting asteroids added by The Frosty Planet Pack, it can be unlocked thanks to the Research Portal.
Usage
Being made out of Wood, Wood Tiles have an inherently low Thermal Conductivity, which makes them somewhat useful for reducing thermal transfer through walls and floors. This characteristic makes Wood Tiles especially useful when starting on the freezing Ceres Asteroid, as the player will likely unlock Wood Tiles via the Research Portal before eventually unlocking Insulated Tiles.
Due to their exceptional Decor value, Wood Tiles are useful for increasing Morale.
