Liquid Helium is currently unused and can only be obtained through debug mode.

Although Liquid Helium has a freezing temperature, it is not linked to a target element. Solid Helium does not exist in the games files, and since the freezing temperature of Liquid Helium is set at absolute Zero (-273.15 °C / -459.67 °F) and the game requires a material to reach 2 degrees below the state-change temperature to actually change state, no material can ever reach -2 $\text{K}$ anyway.
